Strollers and buggies are an essential part of having a child. You can't go anywhere without them really. Another thing that is becoming essential is the buggy boards. If you haven't seen these then you are missing out!
A buggy board just sits on the back of the buggy. It attaches to it with little clips and then it just lives at the back near your feet.
When your older kids are tired or just plain lazy and cant be bothered walking, the board flips down and acts like a little transport ramp. The older child can stand on it while you push the stroller as normal.
Some people imagine that it is a pain to store the buggy board but in most cases it flips up out of the way and can almost become a permanent installation. The other alternative is usually a quick release mechanism allowing you to store the buggy board in a cupboard or shed out of the way.
Either way the board is a great addition to your baby gadgets and once you have one you will wonder how you ever survived without it. Long walks in the countryside or a stroll around the supermarket are no longer such a pain. They become a nice relaxing stroll along where everybody is happy.
Are these miraculous contraptions expensive? No not really. And when you are finished with it you could probably sell it on anyway.
